Static Changer

For use in those applications where the battery weight excludes a manual push/pull operation.
The Static Changer is available for either two or three battery positions.
Each position has a conventional roller bed and backstop with its own electromagnetic motor and gear box.
A control box is positioned on one end, which has buttons for position selection and a joystick to select forward or reverse direction of the magnet. The drive motor / gear box powers a duplex drive chain, the speed of travel is governed by a variable speed controller and over the final 180mm reach reduces to a pulsed creep speed.
The power required for the control console is a 240 volt single phase 13 Amp supply.
